The membership list and contact details are kept confidential by the co-ordinator. In particular, these details will not be given to commercial organisations. At the discretion of the chair and co-ordinator, notices may be forwarded to members. This will generally depend on whether the notice is likely to be of interest to members and is not of advertising nature.
