ORGANISATION & POLICIES
The CQMRG chair is a voluntary part-time position filled by a mine site representative. The main duties are:
- To recruit host sites for workshops
- To liaise with host sites regarding dates and programme
- To chair workshops
- To write a brief column for each newsletter
The CQMRG Co-ordinator is a part-time position, with nominal remuneration of $500 per newsletter and $500 per workshop plus expenses. The main duties include:
- Liaise with host sites on venue, speakers, tour and accommodation
- Compiling and issuing newsletters
- Maintaining the list of Financial Members
- Receiving fees and payments, invoicing advertisers, paying expenses
- Maintaining CQMRG Accounts
All CQMRG Members are welcome to provide any assistance in keeping the CQMRG relevant and viable. Offers to host workshops, to present at Workshops and contributions to the newsletter are particularly appreciated.
