ACTIVITIES
WE aim to hold three Workshops each year, with at least two at mine sites. Typically Workshops run for an afternoon and the following day with the format:
- First afternoon - technical presentations;
- Evening - informal dinner, sometimes with technical presentations;
- Next morning - presentations relevant to the host site;
- Late morning / early afternoon - tour of host site.
A newsletter is produced in the month before each meeting. It includes details of the upcoming meeting, a report and summaries of presentations from the previous workshop, submitted articles, and paid advertising.
This website is maintained through the generosity of sponsors. Public access is available to all pages except the latest newsletter. When a newsletter is released, financial members will be emailed the password that will allow them to download it.
